At the community and country level, there is a false sense of security built into the existing emergency planning process which occurs when they believe they have a plan in place to mitigate natural and human-made disasters. But, as we have witnessed on so many occasions, multiple gaps in planning become obvious after a catastrophic event, and hundreds of thousands of people suffer needlessly while the political leadership struggle to create new plans or fix the existing ones.

PCP is not a consultancy that gives advice, rather, we partner with agencies, corporations, institutions and organizations to improve the results of projects aimed at mitigating the effects of natural human-made disasters.

We combine efforts by bringing a cadre of expert practitioners to our work. PCP knows that better project results are borne out of collaboration, creativity and accessibility.
